  1. The videos The complainer's Screw em, that's funny stuff man.
  2. I had my wife put my bucket on and talk to me from across the room. I think it sounded fine.
  3. Well I got it all installed. I used silicone to put the speakers in place and wired it all up and it works well. I think the feedback issues are more from trying to move things around by hand seeing how it will work and were you are going to put everything. When it is all stable and in place feedback is not much of an issue.
  4. Mike, can you put the item number up. I looked at Walmart and they had the gloves in a similar package but not with the liner. Thanks
  5. Great work Mike! I switched to the rubber gloves sometime ago. The just look so much better. I was using my flight gloves as a liner but it was very tight. I will be picking those up today. Oh by the way I almost forgot. What was TD 1536 doing at Walmart????? We know that deep down inside you really like the place.
  6. I just purchased some aerator speakers and I am having some trouble with feedback. I plan to upgrade to Rom FX at some point but right now I am using the Radio Shack amp with a powered mic. I removed the speaker that came with the amp and wired in the two mini speakers. They sound great but when the mic gets too close wammoooo feeedback ****. Any solutions?
  7. Excellent! Love the radio and your color choice looks great!
  8. Tom you Freak! Seriously dude that is very very cool. Extremely creative!
  9. Thanks for the find. I had not heard of this store before but it turns out there is one here in Richmond. I will be picking one of these babies up.
  10. I used ANH strips everywhere on my AP. I know there has been some debate about this but I can tell you from trying it both ways there is just no comparison. The strips make a HUGE difference in your armor. You should have gotten a second manual from AP on the strip method. It is real easy to do and the armor actually feels much more sturdy with the strips as well. The best way is to trim both seams or laps and join them down the middle with strips. How much you trim will depend on your build.
  11. That was my thought as well Mike. The brand of soles my guy put on are Vibram.
  12. Here are a few more shots from the request for deployment photo shoot. This is the link to my full gallery. www.td8733.com/Armor.html
  13. $52.00. I will say to that I did not think soles could make such a huge difference in comfort but I just did my photo shoot to deploy and they feel soooo much different now then the Caboots soles did.
  14. There probably the same ones that you have. There just Caboots I had them re-soled. I also sanded them down with 220 grit to take the shine off but the guy that did the soles polished them before he gave them back even though I asked him not to. He did not speak much english and its cool because I am stoked with the soles. I then added gel inserts and their finished. I have actually slipped before in the stupid flat bottoms and I don't think traction will be an issue now.
  15. Really not interested in starting a debate on the screen accuracy of soles. Just thought this was more fitting to a TD then the flat bottom deck shoes of the star destroyer and imperial base living TK. A TD would never be issued those imho. Hope you guys like them.

  17. Here are some photos of my pack. I have had it for a bit but just got around to taking some photos. So I thought I would share.
