    Guess they used the wooden stand as a podest for better close-up shots considering the background perspective... ON the last picture I assume they've used it, probably the've just spread some sand over it and that's it :thumbsup:

    yeah come on Rolf, I really expected you to do it again in a month or so, I want to see more results :D :D

    but the armor looks great so far!I'm back again and building also my RS Sandtrooper, did receive the armor past weekend :)

    and can't wait to do a superb troop with you sometime in our top notch killah suits ^^ :td: :td:

    so I'll also have to hurry up cuz my 18th. is not far away :P 5th of April, and then an mepd deployment will be sent ;)

    what about the hengstler plug? got a new E-11? :woot:

    I have covered my box with leatherlike black vinyl and have also added the two IN- and OUTPUTS on the left side.

    I'm potentially interested, kind of waiting to see what on looks like fully assembled with the crashman parts. Any pics available of a finished radio with the metal box yet?

    Actually, I'm in Poland right now and am not able to put the box together with the radio. I promis you'll get pictures with the radio on it next week when I'm back home. The box will be great for covering it with leather or something comparable; that will make it very very accurate ;)

    I've got 10 boxes available now.

    They are the exact size as the Zenix Radio and all you have to do is glue the faceplate onto the box.

    The box has four threaded holes on the backside; you'll have to drill four holes in the seed trays and then attach it with 4 screws which are also included.

    Photos will be uploaded tomorrow.

    What is the estimated shipping cost to California USA 94044? Very interested, very cool item.

    Hey Troops,

    due to crashmanns project order I'll offer boxes made of aluminium or stainless steel.

    The box will have 4 screws on the backside, so you can just attach it on your seedtray.

    Price will be 40 USD + Shipping.

    Yeah, me, too. I can't wait to get one cause my pack is waiting for an accurate faceplate and without that, my TM Sandtrooper is still not finished :(

    As someone mentioned, I have a "sleepy look" on the eyes. Its all by "design" but is it too much?

    Yeah, thas because you've left pretty much plastic on the upper side of the eyes. But I think you should leave it, not every helmet should look the same, I would just trim one of the eyes a bit to give it an even more asymmetrical look.

    The Movie helmets weren't cut perfectly, too. I also did it with my TM bucket and I think that it looks good :)

    Hey Guys,

    Sorry that I didnt write anything here for a long time, my TM is ready and I've already trooper with it. Paul, your armor is the best here and I can say that cause I owned 3 armors till now.

    I'll try to post some pics from the troop soon with my other Sandtrooperbuddy ;)

    I must say that the helmet is as great as the armor, I have never seen a sculpted helmet with such an amount of details, this helmet didn't have any ANH origin and still looks like the ANH Helmet with even more details than a TE2.

    Yeah Guys,

    I don't have much to go! :)

    I weathered almost all parts today except the helmet and the torso cause I had to glue the 3 buttons first. You can't really see the weathering on the pictures, it has a completly different effect when you get a photo with sun light.

    NIce armor!!!

    Its coming up great.

    And for the pauldrons, I think that the white one goes better with your helmet due to brow position. But either way it looks cool.

    I just thaught it would be cool to make a TD with a normal brow cause not every Sandtrooper had a high brow as the Move Along TD. But I think the white one looks better, too. ;)
