Hey troops, as some of you know we have been working on multiple areas of the detachment. The objective is to stream line our process to make it better than its ever been. You may also know I don't just make hasty decisions that could potentially set us back as a group. This detachment is about you. That being said, the 2016 SWAT panel will consist of the following members. Smally UK Constantin Germany Felice Germany (primary police officer DO) Scribbler Western US Trooper 1 Southern US Dirty Boy NorthEast US I've also directed the chosen to appoint an apprentice that they can work with in their areas. This is their choice and will also form as a back up. I also made the decision to add Scribbler based on his commitment to the MEPD and his time as a DO makes him more than qualified.

Yes the SWAT standards are based on our CRL updates. Twice a year I'd like to see additional requirements be added to our existing programs. They would be voted on like our last ones.

It's not a regional panel. It's one panel with the team from different parts of the world. So for example....I don't have 5 guys from California doing it. It's broken up with different members collaborating....1 from Australia, 1 from California, 1 from Germany....Etc.

Hey troops. If you are interested in the SWAT panel position, please let me know. I'm really trying to regionalize it so we can cover multiple parts of the globe. That will help with a lot of communication and growth of the program. I'm also thinking it should be open to former Deployment Officers if they are interested. Thoughts?

You can do anything you put your mind to lol. It'll take a lot of modifications but can be done. As you mentioned the helmet would be scrap....or you could give it to some deserving kid

Hey Jeff, sorry for the delay man....things are pretty crazy during the holidays and we just changed our deployment officer. I'm sure that was the biggest part of the delay. I don't see anything that would keep you from being deployed as a police officer. Just hang tight man....should be in the next day or so.
