  1. Great looking pics, your armor looks really sharp. Love the last pic with the G36, that's awesome!!
  2. I would agree with that, I just finished my TK, it's an FX kit and I weigh 220lbs, I know there is no way I could fit in the smaller armors. At this time I have the FX bucket (I got my unbuilt kit from a squad mate for an amazing price so I'll start with the FX bucket lol.) but I am already looking toward something to replace that. I am now searching for another set of armor to get started on my TD so I'll be searching for some used FX or an FX lite kit and maybe a TE2 bucket, since I do have a large melon. Good luck on your build, there are plenty of helpful people on here to keep you going.
  3. Oh man, really sorry to see that. I can understand you being upset on such a nice piece, especially after how long you have waited.
  4. I have just about completed my first TK build and have already started buying parts to start on my TD. I have read up on all that I need to do for deployment as that is my ultimate goal with this TD. I have found all the answers I need but I have one question about the FX ab plate. I know the center plate with the ab buttons is wrong for a TD and am wondering how I can go about modifying it to fix this? Is there anybody that sells that piece or has a tutorial on how to make it correct for a sandy as well as the side plate (as I know it's supposed to have three white buttons). I have started with odds and ends but have found a good deal on some used FX armor (minus the bucket of course, probably going to go with a TE2 for that) and want to make sure that modifying it will be accepted for deployment with the MEPD before purchasing. I am sure this is around here somewhere but I have searched and came up with nothing. Thanks guys.
  5. That looks really sharp man, great job!
  6. Those last pictures look awesome, I love it. Good job on all that work.
  7. Hey MEPD, my name is Seann and I am currently working on my TK but am already looking to the future for the next armor build. As a kid I was always fascinated with the Stormtrooper so I chose a nice and shiny Death Star TK to start with but I realize now that I also want a nice dirty TD. I have just been reading and learning what I can and have really enjoyed this site, so much knowledge here. I can't wait to get started.
