Just as a tip on the lenses, I use two pairs, one light, one dark, lined with industrial strength velcro so they can be swapped according to conditions...

I have the white canvas straps running on top of (but not connected to) the black elastic straps, as you'd use on tk armour, with a popper in this strap.
