This is a tough search. I paid alot for the two medium pouches I got. As for the large pouch Rolf is the only guy I know who has one. I used the French pouches readily available and cut the top off and crafted a lid to match the rest of the spanish pouches.

I would love to paint guns and weather pouches for people. And yes that red section on my hyperfirm is spot filler! It sticks and works great. I wouldnt put it on one of the softer guns but the MG-15 is very hard like a tire. I will post a thread with pics of my other guns and pouches for those intrested in me painting something for them. I asked Lewis to send my blaster in raw form unbuilt so I could do a real world layered paintjob. The detail on the MG-15 is staggering for real the donor gun had a chipped paint finish so the layering is already drawn out for you. I painted it a base coat of silver and then sprayed it with Dullcote to give the silver some tooth for the next coat. I masked off the silver damage and sprayed the flat black. After the black was dry I went over it with a very thinned out coat of raw umber with a touch of olive drab in it. I used rub-n-buff brass for the front scope and did a solid area for the front end damage and masked of the chipped section then sprayed the black then used the rub-n-buff on the knobs and mount to get a worn look. I am using alot of pics of the real thing to go by.

In 2010 I did my: ROTJ Fett Snowtrooper ANH Tusken Raider Black Warrant Officer/Sub-Lieutenant All 501st approved I am very close to finishing my TD and I have everything to build my Commander Gree(I painted the helmet almost 2 years ago)DOH! I have a droid caller from them which is a casting of a Kobold flash gun and the casting is the cleanest and most detailed casting I have seen. I have also seen an E11 made with the PVC pipe detail kit and the parts were very nice. I have heard the DLT-19 is very heavy though. Hope this helps. Woody

Ok I am working on my radio face plate master to offer an option to the guys on a tighter budget, I think somewhere in the $50-$65 range. I am making all the parts by hand in my shop using the drill press,table saw, routers, etc. The deal breaker will be the parts around the speaker if they come out good I will be stoked. I am going to cast the master in silicone and make them from black resin. I am going to make the mold and cast the ones for my squad anyway so I though why not offer them. Here are some progress pics...keep in mind it is just lying there and may not be lined up just right.

You can use the duct tape torso and add a single layer of plaster soaked burlap then let that layer set hard completely then add a few more layers for strength. If you dont let the first layer set you run the risk of the weight of the wet plaster deforming the torso but a single layer wont do that.

It's the shipping on a finished pack that is the deal breaker they are so big that the US post office is out of the question and UPS is high.

I have a T-21 Hyperfirm and it really is an awesome casting every single detail is there. They are kind of like tire rubber. Lewis' service is second to none. Woody
