Hey there TDWannabe. I don't think you can be to dirty. Take a look at my armor. I must admit I was a little paranoid about it before I went to C3 but once there I heard nothing but compliments. Keep it filthy!

I mounted one on the belt and the other on the backpack strap.

I just bought a TE helmet to use with my FX armor. I'll be sure to upload some pics once it's finished.

Nice Jango armor! I always envy people that have enough time and resources to own multiple costumes. This sandtrooper beast is all I'll ever own since I'm always pouring money into it.

Dude, no way! That would totally **** me off! Have you had that happen to you? I've heard of that happening to a lot of troopers. Fortunately it's never happened to me. It must be a non-North Dakota thing. Either that or people just know that I would be issuing a swift armored backhand to the first one who tried it.

I almost hit the ground at C3 from that problem. I didn't see that a guy was pulling luggage behind him in the convention center and I walked right over it. My first thought was that I took out a small child. I must say the guy was very rude about the whole thing.

Yeah, it was hilarious Chris. I couldn't even attempt to get up on my own. Had to be lifted up by my cameraman.

Yeah, It is a little short but I haven't had problems with it popping out yet and I'm 6 feet. You must be a tall trooper. It does ride kinda weird in the cod piece area though.

Nice artillery. The armor's not to bad either. I like the weathering job.

I personally think if you wanna show a little skin, go with slave girl Leia. If you wanna be a trooper, go with canon sandtrooper armor. Just my 2 cents.

I used tempera in brown, black, yellow, and white. I mixed a little yellow with the brown to try and get more of a sand color. I also mixed white with black for some gray. In a couple areas I just used brown and black unmixed. I'm the trooper in the foreground on the photo. By the way, are any of you guys in this Celebration 3 photo with me?

Yeah, It's nice to not have to worry about it. I just through mine in a couple of rubbermaid bins and went. No padding or anything. And if the airline puts a serious crack in it you can just patch it back together and not lose sleep over it.

On the steps picture I'm the dirtiest trooper wearing the black pauldron I heard the picture on Sunday was taken inside the convention center due to the poor weather. I'm not sure if there was an MEPD photo taken.

Does anybody have a picture of the group on the capitol steps Thursday morning? My sorry butt didn't make it to the photo on Sunday so I'd like to have something to show off.
