So that makes 4 SWAT troopers with this problem. :/

Both boltstrooper and felice are not able to access the Sandtrooper section as well.
Both of them are SWAT troopers as well. So now we have 3 SWAT troopers with this issue.
Is it because of their SWAT profile that's causing this problem?

Some troopers feedbacked to me that they cannot access the Sandtrooper section so I will like to have a show of hands how many of you are having this problem?
First, if you a 501st approved Sandtrooper, aka a TD, you should have the "Sandtrooper" tab under your avatar and should be able to access this 2 forums.

501st members Only -> http://forum.mepd.net/index.php?showforum=19
Second, if you are a 501st member with any 501st approved costume except a TD, you should have the "501st member" tab under your avatar and should be able to access this forum only

If you can access the hidden forums, click on a few threads inside that forum to see if you can read the threads as well.

All pending requests have been given their respective accesses. Welcome aboard troops!

501st approval depends on individual unit's GML. Some GML will approve a TD without a fieldpack while some will require you to have a pack.
Some GML understands that it is difficult for a non-501st member to get a hold of a pack without any knowledge.
It's definitely easier to get the resources once you are a member.
So I will suggest you get in touch with the German Garrison and ask what is their requirement? -
