  1. Good to hear from you Jim.

Yep, you found the guy who made my helmet, so I contacted him after you gave me the info and here it is :D

As for the installation of fans... you bet! I am at that phase now, so your engeneering skills will be awesome. PM me your phone at interlinkindustries@yahoo.com and we can schedule getting together.

Send me the info about the event as well. i think I should be available. I will take out my old armor though because the new armor will not be completed by that time.

    See ya, bro

  2. Hello guys. Here is the finished product of my new bucket. I have retired my old Kev's 2.0 and have sanded, drilled and dremmiled this one. It was fun and is a great bucket. Painting was a series of layers of white paint which will be weathered in a few days. I have raised the eyebrow just enough to give it the santrooper look, but not the "move along trooper" look. I kind of tried to give it the "Look sir, Droids" look... This is the pic for refrence:

  3. Your armor looks mean!

Very interesting way to hang the pack, bro. I like your ideas. I might incorporate that into my next TD build. I am going to retire my current armor and build a new kit. I have the bucket now and have almost completed the cutting and sanding phases.

  4. RGR that. The standard that I have noticed amoung TD's are black HOVI tips. The screen and inside of the mic tips have mostly been black that I have seen. I know I am puting together a new TD bucket, and I am using all black HOVI's.

I think I will keep mine all black too.

    Thanks bro!

  5. And a brotherhood it is. I tell ya'all, this is the best armor in the legion. I really appreciate all of your words of encouragement. Just to show you how much the Sandtrooper is loved, I recently had a Monk take his first step toward the "dark Side"...LOL

This is a REAL Monk! My wife is Thai, and she had the monks over for some kind of ceremony. This monk saw the pics of my sandy and fell in love... Well, he couldn't resist trying on the bucket, and how knows....

    Cheers!

Well done Keith, your pack looks amazing. Welcome to the brotherhood :salute:

  6. We were all having fun trooping for the people of Dallas, TX. While it was a small neighborhood troop, there were a ton of people and floats in the parade. I was surprised at how many people were out there and how well accepted we were. Some people came up and said that we were the best part of the parade.... I like those people...LOL

Here are a few pics... I am the Sandtrooper, of course ;-) enjoy

  7. Very nice work, brother. The first 10 chapters have been downloaded. THe first chapter was enough to put the hook in me and now I have to read it all. Thanks again, brilliant work.

Thanks 1535! I'm glad you enjoyed it!

The other 19 Chapters are being edited now and will be posted up soon ! They move us beyond the film and into the grey area between films.

The original draft version can be read on these forums here:

  9. Yep! Nice job, bro. I can only say this is a lobor of love... I am trailing behind you and should have my backpack finished soon. I also had to redo my backpack and fix some areas of my Sandy's armor. Well, it take s time, but it is worth it in the end, and your armor and backpack show it... good job. I will hopefully be there with the ranks soon. :salute:

Nice job Jeremy, hope we get to troop soon bro. :salute:
