I just got one of these packs and they rock; however I forgot to order the strapping kit. Would love to see pics of the strapping kit as well. Thanks.Interested in an exhaust/vent pipe and a strap kit. What are your shipping rates to the UK, Boss?
Any pics of what the strapping would look like?

thanks all!

Through a fortunate turn of events I was able to buy back my original TD suit I entered the Legion with from a garrison mate just recently!
With a new pack from Rick and a new BFG (soon) I once again pronounce myself: dirty. Glad to be back in the sand pit! Cheers!

Great build; you look great. Awesome background too!
-
Thanks Mike for everything!
Congrats Noel; it is an honor to serve under you.
-
Well done; I like the blending of the colors.
-
Well done sir! Congrats!
-
Cool bucket! Welcome bro!

Thanks Gordonator... actually I do a Clone Wars Kenobi costume as well... however the white in the beard pushes me more toward the episode IV version...
-
I'll take one. Thanks Chuck. PP incoming.

Congrats! I guess since we entered together we'll be in the same patrol...

Thanks Zac so much! I am more than thrilled! And thanks all my brothers here for the encouraging words and compliments and advice. To have built a screen accurate costume of my favorite Original Trilogy character (with the help of MEPD of course) is a dream come true. And to be able to wear it with pride representing the Legion, the MEPD, and the Georgia Garrison is a truly great honor.
THANK YOU ALL!

Okay - Question...
Canvas belt and shoulder straps? (Can't tell from the pics)
I know the helmet is good from this thread http://forum.mepd.net/index.php?showtopic=6057&hl=

You know what Mike, since I've been growing my hair out several people have said that. I don't quite know if it's a good thing or bad thing.Cool! You almost look like Uncle George. **ducks**
I'll say this: I do need to lose about 40 lbs...
-
Thanks. Actually that BFG is a fanmade weapon I bought off of a gentleman here last year. I quite like it.Looks nice...I really like the MG-15. Did you scratch build that?

Well, I've purchased over half of the pieces I need for my Special Edition Boba Fett I'm building.
Also I completed another costume; it's not even 501st (it's Rebel Legion :o ) but I thought you guys would get a kick out of it...
Hello there!
Now I just need to color the beard and lose 50 lbs!!!
-
Aha! Replace it... now there's an idea.
I have some neck trim left over from Smitty over at FISD when he was still in business.
Dumb question: is neck trim and brow trim the exact same or different?
Thanks for all the help from all you seasoned MEPD officers. I so appreciate it. This is what makes the MEPD so very awesome.
-
:o I threw up in my bucket a little bit... Although I cannot judge.
Yeah, I bought this AP assembled and it's great... except the browtrim moves around a bit.
I bet I can scoot it up a bit and glue it.
Thanks for the tip.
My pack is coming along nicely... reporting for deployment very, VERY soon!
-
Thanks Dutchy! That's just great, just great...
And you have the badass look workin' out for you just fine buddy.
But is this the brow trim you are keeping btw??
I wasn't planning on changing the brow trim but I am very open to any suggestions for improvements; so please tell me what you had in mind.

Well, ask and you shall receive...
Not quite ready for deployment (especially the pack) but presentable...
Need to strap down that chest plate obviously, reposition the pouches a bit, and other tweaks but I like the overall look I've achieved. Thanks to MEPD.
