Hello, I was wondering if anyone knew how to clean the metal clasp of the MP-38/40 Norwegian pouches. The reason is when I received mine they were heavy tarnished with that green stain / buildup you see on gold jewelry as it has stained some of the leather as well. Also I was wondering if anyone knew how to care for the metal to prevent this from happening the future for I hate to dye them and then the metal starts turning a green color again.
