How many TD's we got in the MEPD now?

I didn't mean everyone should have more accurate armor, just that I was inspired by our strict rules.

One more thing, I want more accurate armor too, so I am adding vacuum-forming to my blacksmith shop. I want to do it RIGHT, and everyone in the MEPD should too. I know that most of you do, but would-be TK's need to understand the dedication and want to be that way too.

Preach it brother! I only wanted to be a TD because of you guys, and I submitted my 501st membership pics with EVERYTHING BUT DIRT. I added dirt 2 days later, with acrylic, non-removable paint. MEPD inspired me to do it right the FIRST time. I still want to re-make my pack, even though it is modeled after the Marmit trooper, some components are flimsy, and it is a little too thick, but I tried to go all the way before even getting into the 501st, let alone applying here. Thank you for the strict rules, and the great info!!!!!

Anybody know what the ANH bucket really uses for the brow?? It looks like some kind of auto edging.....

gaffer's tape isn't just black. It can be grey, white, or black...maybe other colors too. I just know these three are common. Also, it comes in different widths. However, it could be $40-$60 a roll. It is fabric, matte finish, and the adhesive is strong, but removable and re-applicable. For all those reasons, the movie industry uses it.

Guys, that's probably gaffer's tape. Permacel is a main brand and is used in Movie biz pretty standard really (holds pinky to corner of mouth).

Thanks to everyone for your replies and help. I still don't know whick armor to get, though. I am 210 lbs, 6 ft. tall, so it sounds like I might need FX. I guess I can always get a better bucket later, right??
