This party/carnival is MCYS annual "Foster Parents and Foster Children's Party". It is a party to honour the good work of their registered foster parents who have over the years provided love, care and shelter to the children who have entered into their system as abused children. At the same time, it's also for foster parents and children to have a good time. This year, on 14 Jun 08, apart from the usual party programme, there will also be a carnival with food and games stall.
