TD4033-TokiArtworks
I want to make myself useful to the Empire and to do something to meet all those like me who were in need of these mythical pouches and did not want to waste too much time in lengthy searches and any long waits! In many forums, including Americans, many people are trying very hard to find the pouches for Sandtrooper costume, but it is really hard to find. the traditional three vertical pockets for "MP40" and model "French" single vertical pocket (most comfortable among other things, to voice-radio amplifier, wallets, car keys, cell phones etc ...), there is also another that is more or less a top 1 / 3 of the model "French" but I think the first 2 listed are the best. I made a 1:1 scale of the patterns to be printed on A3 sheets, I have then saved as .PDF so that it is easier to print The end result can be seen in attached photos, you judge. i'm sure to please many of you P.S. inside the model "MP40" I put slices of high density polystyrene cut to size to make sure to give the effect "square" (some use strips of wood, but polystyrene is perfect, easier to work and paint, and much lighter). TD4033-TokiArtworks
Here is the Italian translation of the notes in the patterns that Iron Ram asked me: parte retro (rear side) parte frontale (front side) cucire alla zona"A" (Sewing zone "A") tagliare per dividere le falde (cut to separate flaps) schema di cucitura parte frontale-parte retro (pattern for stitching frontside-rearside) foro per bottoni “veloci” (hole for “rapid” buttons) foro per fissaggio passante (fastening hole for belt loop) passante cintura (belt loop) linguetta (flap) montaggio passante cintura su parte retro (assembly of the belt loop to rear side) attaccare C-C' assieme per creare un'unica striscia da usare come cartamodello (attack CC 'together to create a single strip to be used as pattern) posizione linguetta (position of flap) striscia laterale (side strip) occhiello in ferro per linguetta si ottiene anche dalla maglia di una catena (iron ring to insert flap is also achieved by a mesh of chain) P.S. if you want to create the leather pouches alike to the ANH, you have to change some little details as you can see the following link: http://www.looksirdroids.com/replica_pouches.htm
