Hi all

I have now got tha boxes ( thanks Crashmann) and have nearly everything to finish my pack.

I am using PVC pipe and have a bending tool for the angles.

Could I please have help with the dimensions.

I mainly need length( to bend and aftr) and width, also angle dgree for bend.

Many thanks as now this is the only thing stopping me.

Best wishes

Graham

OK so this is what I've got on mine (others may vary) - Length 19", width 12 and a half"

Bottom lip that points outwards from tip to frame 5 and a half"

Unfortunately I have no way of measuring the degree of the centre bend although it is very small.

Hope this helps a little Gra,

Smally.

My PVC frames are built specifically to fit the Park Seed trays.

I am also using a new butt seam at all the bends.

The main pipes are white PVC drinking water pipe in 1/2". The elbows are CPVC with a yellowish color in 1/2"

I also use the CPVC 1/2" pipe and cut 1" sleaves that slide into the main pipes and the elbows.

The main pipe sizes before they are attached to the elbows are:

2 @ 4"

2 @ 10"

2 @ 16" ( These are cut straight at 17", then I mark the center on each and tape the pipes together. I then heat the center of both up with a heat gun and bend at the same time to a 155 degree angle. Let cool a bit, then run under cold water to finish cooling. Measure 8" from center line on each side, mark and cut of about 1/2" excess. They should be exactly the same bend and length.)

John what are the measurements on yours?

The 2 verticals with the bend are final cut at 16". When you add the elbows, the total length is 18 3/4 - 19".

The 2 cross braces are final cut at 10". When you add the elbows, the total width of the frame becomes 12 3/4"

The 2 short pieces are final cut at 4". When the elbows are added, the total becomes 6 3/4"
