  1. Well..let`s do this! And hey everyone:salute:

BBB-day #4:dancing-trooper:(never stops giving me "the Little boy at christmas feeling"

Had a hard time deciding which Kit to get, previous builds include Anovos Shadowtrooper and 2 TM suits (Hero and Stunt)  but couldn`t resist the lineage that RS has so RS it is...if someone had trouble in figure that out :D And...also think it lends itself perfectly for a Sandtrooper build and the helmet in particular with the little lumps and bumps.

And here it is in all of it`s glory and I´m super-happy except for one thing, I´m missing the little RS labels on the peices that I have seen on other builds..oh well....after showering the pieces to get rid of the debri of plastic crumbs I marked the parts with a sharpie just so I don`t get confused when sitting in glue fumes:engel: nothing to it when you already did a few builds but for a beginner it would be a good thing ta have the parts labeled and on the other hand the detective work in finding out is good research to have to ^_^

And as the title says: I´m gonna try to build for SWAT emulating this guy :)

    Look, Sir, Droids foto.

whew! Well that brief scare made us look into other options. I think ATAs forearms are short enough for her. We will hold off on ordering them unless she decided she wants to go for SWAT. Her pack for PO is in progress!

Make her go for SWAT - be all you can be Trooper :salute: (unless she doesen’t want to then that’s fine to:teehee:)

  3. Also a "new guy" to this forum and just have to ask:

Well, if you decide to go for SWAT immediately after basic approval

So one don`t have to go PO to reach SWAT?

piece you copied from the CRL has never been an issue, but we are looking into the CRL text if any changes need to be made. If there are changes needed they will be made.

And as Greg mentions the CRL is very clear that for basic approval when emulating a specific trooper the combination/configuration of pouches may vary from the standard "one at the hip and one at the shoulder". If that`s not the case then the CRL needs changing - not trying to be a nuisance just offering a fresh set of eyes :salute:

And while on the subject.  The Trooper I`m shooting for is this one (Davin F) and the pic shows a standard E-11 and the same goes for all the ref-pics for specific Troopers so it would help new recruits like myself if that got changed with saying: E-11 (for SWAT "bapty" version) :)

  4. Hey everyone:salute:

Looking forward to start yet another build and to take part of this Community  with the iconic Sandtrooper with equally iconic RS-suit, ordered a few days ago and super-excited to receive it and the end goal is S.W.A.T with  the "look Sir droids" desert sergeant. Have a FOTK to build (waiting for delivery) so not sure exactly when this build starts but it will:peace: (did I say I was super-excited:engel:)
