  1. Awesome work Greg - that helmet is a masterpiece, going to be hard even for experts to tell yours from the original
  2. Well well well whadda we have here - the final component for the complete Sandtrooper Check! Good package waddaya know?! It`s my SWAT level field pack #3 from Shawn "crookknight`s Imperial trooper packs"! Noticed the bee stinger was a 3D print but no worries, had this on the shelf - closest option to the real thing but won`t mess with it just now (to busy drooling) Upon inspection a noticed this crack in the upper seed tray *aaw maaan*…..even though it was packaded really well the trays shifted and that crack happend, but...in true spirit of prop building I took some black gaffers tape and result was very stars warsy Also took some time to level the boxes out for a nice clean fit not very star warsy but hey...it`s my pack Enough words - more pics Perhaps went a little overboard on pics but are absolutely loving this field pack!! BIG shout out to Shawn @CrookKnight for this great build and his patience with my inputs on the build- truly amazing' Looking forward using this set up on the next Troop
  3. Try Andrew ”TrooperTalk” Brinkhouse, I know he made T-21s and might have electronics for sale, if not I’m sure he can point you in the right direction

  5. Standing by for GML-approval Okey....I’m moving around a bit...
  6. Actually not, removed most of the return at that area and sanded super-smooth so don’t feel a thing but just a tad higher and I’m sure I would my main goal is to have as little black showing and as even spaces as possible so I’m pushing the limits and so far so good - I think
  7. Did a video to see how it looks when walking
  8. Did som more weathering and took it on a test-drive
  9. Started the weathering by using fullers earth, hairspray and a sponge...but what caught my eye was the tubestripes (had the helmet sitting on a stool) they looked way of so just wanted to show they are a pencil width all the way.....not entirely happy with them as I just free-handed them between two stripes of tape...gonna give it some thought and then redo if I feel like it Anyways...started with the shins and boots...still need to fill in some creases on the boots and under the raised edges of the shins, in generall were dirt would accumulate....the great thing by using hairspray is that you can easily remove it and start over, or go clean TK (sorry didn`t mean to cuss) but the same time resilient enough to stay put.....not to sure about heavy rain though so tread carefully And..going about this by using the principle of "less is more" and taking my time Too little...? Too much....? Just enough...? Comparison - and the weathering stands out more "in person" than the pics show so I guess it`s kind of hard to give feedback but wanted to share all the same
  10. Thanks, I can put on/remove the helmet without any pinching
  11. Received my pouches from Blaster 8266 and did a full suit-up, the helmet isn`t ready but I still put it on
  12. And...my team won yet another important game (1-0) derby against the team in the lead of the league an hour ago (my team is second - early in the season but still) so that’s also a plus here’s were I am right now - torso is complete and going to start working on the arms I think the belt is a pretty good match for ”my” Trooper And this how far I managed today (tape is just there for checking fit) and left bicep needs coverstrips but didn’t have time for that - but there’s always tomorrow
  13. Happenen to glance att the milage when I set of to work on the suit and here’s were it landed when I arrived - I have a good feeling about this (it’s my TK-ID)
