I did it exactly as directed by a current SWAT member ;-) I'm told that the circle (often referred to as a coffee stain) was believed to be the remnants of a removed sticker from the motocross chest protector, therefore the circle was perfectly round. I also used this image for reference which as you can see, appears perfectly regular

Hi Felix thanks for that buddy. A couple of questions... for the weathering on the pauldron and pouches, could you point me in the direction of good reference pics before I attack them with the raw umber? the strapping system... will dummy screw heads suffice, or am I required to change my strapping system to the pins and screws? thanks in advance! john

The pauldron is weathered dude. The photo was when I took it out of the packaging a pristine shiny pauldron would look a tad out of place on a dirty trooper cheers

I've stripped my bucket to raise the brow, install nicer lining and I've got hovi tip speakers on the way from ukswrath

New Pauldron pre-weathering As I move towards a specified TD (Cantina Captain) I have changed my pauldron from black to orange, and tweaked my weathering slightly. Thanks for looking.
