Nice pics, and nice to see some extra small troopers being lined up for recruitment.
personally I use some velcro strategically attached to the pouch and back pack straps that seems to work well.
I'm thinking I might make it more of a permanent attachment to the strap at some point (the sand storms can make the velcro useless over time
)

not my call, but the only thing for me would be the weathering on your belt ammo pouch and backpack.
They look light on versus the rest of your kit (where the weathering looks great)
it may be the photo not doing it justice,

Do you have the armour already?
It probably needs some photo's mate for anyone to give you a realistic assessment.
Some costumes can be adapted to a least get you through basic approval (some more than others) and may require a fair bit of effort to do so, but it's possible.
You should be able to get some suggestions once we see some pics and you can either decide to take it on, or, learn from it, sell it on, and start again.
