I can post something in the ROTJ forum on FISD and see what response I get. I would just have to ship the pack to them.It would be great if we could convince one of the ROTJ troopers from FISD to do one. Who else makes ROTJ armor besides TM and CFO? (There is a cheap version on eBay made by Maker of things, but I would avoid that like the plague, cheap flimsy recasts)

I have to jump in on this discussion. This discussion was had in great detail on FISD last summer. As a Centurion Level HWT, I originally pushed for this to be on FISD, especially since I had built many of the packs. However, after very lengthy discussions, I agreed that it should be on MEPD. One of the conclusions we came to was that ALL dirty TK's should be on MEPD (with the exception of the HWT, but that is a different discussion).

I do the same. It prevents the shoulder bell straps from snapping off.I put the pack on first then the arms and shoulder bells. I also put the shoulder straps over the backpack, that way I get as much mobility as I can

I use a 2-inch ABS black pipe. Sometimes I also use a 2-inch PVC pipe. But the outside diameter is the same.I think the only outstanding issue for us in the states is the mortar tube. I remember the UK uses a wider tube that isn't easily available here. I got end caps from tosche traders and they are much larger than the tube I currently have.

Of course I would. I just need one that I can cut into the proper shape and then I'm going to send it to someone who can reproduce in aluminum. I just contacted to from the UK today and neither of them shipped to the US. Why is it so hard to ship from the UK to the US? Since I am from the US I do not know why there is an issue. I can ship to any country in the world from here.I bet Shawn would buy that frame without the straps. He's looking at getting these produced so it's a bit cost friendlier than buying Karrimors from the UK.

I got something cool today! I pretty sure it's the first all white leather pauldron that trooperbay has made.
Also got my First order shoes in. A little comparison to my sandy shoes.
