Thanks should hopefully have my requested ID soon.

Where do you stand with your submission?
Funny you mention this, Just did what the GML asked and resent. Changed the weathering a little (Darkened it up) and removed the Dring on my temporary MP40, just ordered a replacement today from Anthony and a trooper 1 pauldron..
-
So so darn close, updated submission pictures will be taken tomorrow.
-
Very interesting read, I'm very happy to be shooting for swat in the near future but this would be a feat worthy of recognition. Subscribed :-)
-
Really? Thats awesome, I'm very interested. Any idea of the cost..
-
Looking great bro! And absolutely better than your original idea of going TK!!
Saludos.
Thanks, im glad i came to the dirty side, no regrets..
-
Welcome, glad to see this kit going dirty :-) Good luck with the build..
-
Where are you in Canada? One of our members builds very nice DLT 19s. No cross border required.
I would not suggest trying to bring a replica of that size across the border. There are chances it could be seized by customs.
Were both in Ontario.. i didn't think anyone up here built them..
-
Awesome, very cool video.

Thanks, i was going to sell it as i was going TK, glad i didnt better than the E11 :-). I just heard back form my GML, making some more changes now for a re-shoot..
-
HAHA yeah thats absolutely right..
here is one of the pictures for submission, had a guarder issue on one thigh, just fixed it lol typical...
-
No way I could ever go clean with my current kit. Way too many scratches and imperfections that are strategically covered.
Funny thing is, i did a 3 stage polish on my AP kit after the build was done as a TK, got all the nasty scratches out. then moved to sandy after the bridge issues lol so not much to hide but i did purposely made some scratches anyways before weathering..
-
Thanks guys, yeah I had to cut them up. Lots of sanding and forming with abs paste. Weathering has hidden the imperfections well.
-
Ok after some time custom making the 3 button strip its now installed and ready. 501st submission pictures tomorrow YA YA...
-
Improvise, overcome, and adapt! I will be doing this here shortly! Thanks guys!
yep, yep :-)
-
I did the same flattened them good, used e6000 to hold them in. Worked wonders..
-
Came from another member.. think the add was mis labeled these look like belt buttons..
-
No it isn't. Not sure what that is. Unless it's for the belt? But that doesn't look right either.
must be the belt, the buttons are the same in circumference but the spacing is all wrong..
-
Bought from another member... they are not what i need......
-
WTF.... lol well hunt continues... Bought from another member i dont believe this is sandtrooper buttons.....
-
I just rebuilt mine this morning for screen accuracy, 2 inch wide tightly woven elastic straps with sew-on snaps for shoulders :-)
-
OMG ok new bridges made.. with the sew-on snaps
Complete before weathering..
Weathered and ready for install....
-
I hear that.. same here.. at least its not needed for basic, but PO and Swat i can see it being a requirement.
