Sorry for the lack of updates. Crazy busy with Halloween, work, etc. Got the forearms all done... Got the belt done. Made my own canvas belt. Pretty straightforward. Hooks for the bicep straps... Started weathering the pouches... Hand plates all glued up... And first test fit with everything on. This is the point where I said to myself "Holy crap I'm really doing this!" Still need to attach my small pouch to the right side as well.

I know. I over engineer everything. Bad habit.

Started e6000ing the inside strips on everything. I'm doing inside and outside strips. Didn't get the biceps yet. Ran out of clamps and magnets[emoji57]

Thx! Not the most fun thing I've ever done. I was pretty nervous about messing it up. I can't lie.

Separated my kidney plate from my butt plate and made the return edge for strapping later. Needs some sanding and I need to recut the notches on the sides to the proper size. Not too bad. I might tweak it more.

I think I've gotten it pretty much dialed in last night. I added the chinstrap and moved some pads around and I think it's pretty good now. I'll have to try wearing it for a more extended period of time to really see. If not the hard hat liner is my next option for sure.
