Whos the seller the look a lot like russes Coin slots, the only ones i was i able to find are these cheap ones i put on my box My belt has been upgraded with a more accurate buckle the look i am aiming for still needs a few tweeks If i am right it looks like your vader chest box has the ROTJ lettering on it? And your helmet is flat black like the ROTS vader instead of 2 tone Black and gunmetal like all the OT vaders. what type of vader are you going for ROTS, ANH, ESB or ROTJ ?

I stand 5'11 and 145 pounds my last vader costume i stood 6'5 and with a foam muscle suit i made at the time. I filled out the costume well i think hope i'm not hijacking

Hey i think your doing great so far way better then my frist vader

Your vader is Great for a 1000 bucks but if put up next to an accurate vader the differences are as plan as a TE next to an FX suit. I'm not knocking you or anything but i have spent alot of time on vader. Talking with people and dealing with people who are the best in the biz. Here is a shot of Gino's ESB that i am sure is worth way more then 5grand

For under 1000 bucks I would say you did well.... My ANH vader project has been going on for over a year now and has cost me almost 3 Times your vader but I am aiming for accuracy...... God it's is so costly

Thanks rocko This will be my last update for a little while till i change the tube strips I have now hand painted everything all i really need to do is find the right shade of white for the ear caps and a little more cleaning up of my paint job. But anyway heres what it looks like now I am moving on to my next project a canvas belt Then my next trooper lid will be a TD {SMILIES_PATH}/td.gif {SMILIES_PATH}/peace.gif

I feel special I finished hand painting the rest of the helmet all i need now it to put some new tube strips on it then i think i will be done.... for the time being

Here are a few updated shots i painted in all the decals but the 2 spots over the brow trim.... I still have so far to go i know the paint isnt done drying I tryed my best to recreate the brush storks on the flim used helmet but I didnt do as well as i had hoped for but, I will be cleaning up my paint job as soon as the paint drys a touch up here and there

I used a small pin befor painting as well as shaking it. Maybe i will have to give it a bit more of a shake next time i start paining again.

Well i was woken up by the Door bell today ( i work the night shift) anyway I got my humbeol paint gloss Admiralty Grey #5. and to my surprize it seems a bit on the light side? but i have compared it to some pic's. Some pictures the color matchs up and others it dosent? maybe a few more coats later might give a darker look?.... Might have to paint it all over again as i see some mistakes in the teeth
