Hey there, I live in Pa and own a few deacts with no problems(permits,licenses not required). There may be laws concerning this with your local government. The laws differ depending on which state or city you reside in. Check with your local authorities or go to your areas magisterial district office.Also some states/cities require blaze orange plugs or some type of blaze orange on or around the barrels muzzle.

I do admit, mg-34's are way cool. I'll be using one down near Hagerstown Md. for a 36 hour WW2 tactical this coming weekend .

Hey Rob, I saw a pouch similar to his at www.ima-usa.com .It doesn't have the two small tool pouches on either side of the magazine pouches unfortunately
