First time outdoors in my armor. Had a blast. Once I get my blaster, I'll be signing up for MEPD!

I like all those ideas. But really, it's gonna take some tweaking and everyone is going to have a different way. I like the idea of everyone who gets one posting follow ups on their techniques and see what works best for the future.

Here's my pack build so far. I ended up making the frame twice because the first one looked too big. It stuck out above/below and around the sides of the boxes too much. I also add model train sand in some areas as just a test. The glue they sell for it doesn't stick well so I ended up just brushing on black paint and sprinkling the sand on when it was still wet. Hold pretty good.

Hi,
I'm in with the 501st and am interested in signing up for the MEPD. My question is are blasters required? My armor is done, my field pack is about 95% done but I don't have an acceptable blaster (I have a hasbro that I added a folding stock and a magazine then painted it black.)

I something at Target that might work. It's a OXO SoftWorks POP container. 1.5L. It's 6" X 4" at the mouth and tapers a little on the way down. It's 5.5" tall. I'll post pictures when I tweak it a bit and paint it.

Hi Guys,
I am having a heck of a time finding a faucet cover for the bottom piece on the backpack. I have purchased two different ones, "frost king" brand, on Amazon etc. The picture on the internet shows the correct oval shape but when it arrives, it's a more square one. Any ideas?

Hi guys, and gals,
So I'm ready to dirty up my Stormtrooper armor I bought many years back. (Back before there was so much easily assessable information... I did the costumejunkie thing).
I'll be searching for some sound advise on how to make it more accurate. (I've already ditched the bucket)
Now the search begins for Ab plate, knee, etc.
