  1. LOL, whoah folks, opinions are like @ssholes, everybodys got one, go look at any comic book shelf, or sci-fi book shelf, etc. we all grew up with scantily clad gals on our sci-fi and fantasy books, it ain't nothin new, and it was inevitable that it'd slide into our little world. Move along, Move along

  2. no, it doesnt look sanded, and the sanding just smoothes it and it and makes it look weathered versus big blobs of spraypaint.. if you wanna weather your armor and become a sandie, get used to dings, dirt, crap, etc, don't try and keep your armor pristine and shiny under it all LOL! honestly, using these products varies little from the other products reccomended on these boards. theres a ton of different way to weather, and it's all in the technique. pay attention to what you're doing, and practice on some spare abs first..

  3. works great, you just need to do it small patch by small patch, and sand it with 220 while it's wet. once you get used to it, it's awesome to work with. rustoleum makes a similar textured product in an aerosol that comes in black and tan that has the same look but even easier to work with, again, there, 220 while it's wet, and varying thicknesses, but even after a year+ of trooping with it, it's still a tectured sandy finish when you touch it, very nice!

  4. man! I wish I had made it! I was grinnin from ear when I saw the dirty helmets marring that pure white wave. talk about feeling a lump in your throat! ahh well, such is life. glad to hear everyone had such a good time. wheres the MEPD group photo?

  5. yep, just got mine, and I give it a D- considering the money it cost for it in kit form and what it'll take to make this thing worth a crap. the detail for the most part is pretty dulled out, and the plastic it's pulled from is wayyy too flimsy. it's just ridiculous. anywhoo, I've got my work cut out for me to assemble this thing so off I go.

  6. ****, I wear a black nylon pouch on my clean TK, as well as my pouch on my TD for my smokes. I couldnt agree more. I love helping the kiddies, and will run ten miles in armor if it helps one of em, but I am not a kids type of person on my own time. after a few hours, I gotta find a quiet corner to go hide behind, pop the bucket, and soak up some nicotine. Then back to the good cause it is

  7. I woudnt sweat it dude, we've got everything from the tiny guys who have the armor hanging off em, the the tall thin guys with huge gaps at the knees and elbows, and the guys who look like a gorilla stuffed into a TK suit, and everything in between, and it all looks pretty much ok, so I wouldnt worry too much about your girlish figure.
