  1. yeah, tdh has always been a little wierd and clicky. pardon the phrase but its almost like you have to give one **** of a BJ to get anyone to help ya over there getting my jango done was like pulling teeth predominately other than a few helpful folks that I had already been pals with here, at bs.net, and ctn. it shows how us legion boys stick together. at this point all the knowledge is gone for the most part, most of the links are dead. its just degenerated into an archive and a bunch od help me and wtb threads (as far as the jango section goes anyway, I don't speak for the zam or boba sections) bummer deal dude, all i can say is at least you still got choices for good boards to hang out on. I wander away from time to time and always find myself comin back here and pokin my nose back in. I like mepd more than any other detachment in the legion. I love my armor, but I like the company more

  2. I did have the time of my life with tony and his family and also the PAc 501st. I cannot believe how fast 9 days went, but the memories will last a lifetime. I miss them all so much and really wish I was still there. Happy? elated is more the word to use while being with such close friends I consider family.

I was there the worst day of my life, the 16th. The divorce was final that day and Tony and I worked and the family and I ate dinner and had a great time. It took my mind mostly off of the day and the events that happend. In WA state, a divorce can take only a few months as mine did. She went in and stood before the judge and claimed the marriage was over and all paperwork was correct at 11am PST, just as I was starting my day in Hawaii. It was a sad day really. Part of me died actually. I did not want this divorce and deep down I dont think she wanted it either. I should thank her worthless father for pounding that idea into her head I guess. What a loser...

But, alas life goes on. We formed, ate beef kerky, saw ALL the killer sites thanks to Tony and Chris, and felt so welcome the entire time. The plane ride was awesome, and I am so sorry I got ill. :( North Shore Matsumotos was the BEST! If you ever get there, have the shave ice!

Kincaids was awesome too. Great to eat with the family and Mallory is like a little sis I never had. I dont think you will ever find a better person nor family than Tony and Faye. Remarkable people and a remarkable warm open home to family and friends. One day I hope to repay them for their hospitality and love.

Thanks to the Sagun family for everything...

    Much Love,

Matt (I have my shades on now)

man o man, I remember those days :( My divorce stretched on for almost a year. That was about the time I transferred outta the carolina garrison up to cloud city squad. I tell ya, theres somethin about the 501st, doesnt matter whether ya know folks, you've just automatically got a bond with folks, and I was lucky to have a little support group up here to help get patched back together. I don't think theres a day that goes by that I don't consider myself lucky in many aspects one of them being part of the 501st. I'm happy for ya bud, looks like you had fun, and you couldnt have been in better hands. Tony! you rock! I look forward to seein ya in december bro! Keep takin care of eachother folks, all we got is eachother whenever that pesky "real life" decides to butt it

  3. yep, cool project to see going on. over the years with as many of these differences being tacked up to last minute fixes or folks not paying attention I wouldnt be surprised if the hand plates were a goof.

  4. Hey guys, just wanted to say thanks. MEPD is looking good, nice to get it cleaned up and runnin. Nice to see more member pics up. All in all, lookin good, and wanted to let you guys know we appreciate you puttin in the time and effort. so...you get....a...wookie dance

  5. yeah, I had been changing armor so much and the TD was like the last shoot and I crapped out and ditched the pack, etc due to weather vs. time constraints LOL. Hopefully we can blow it up into a series. thanks though!

  6. that pack is a mutha... holy crap dude, that rocks...only problem I see is havin sooo many empty containers and not havin every one of em interlaced and filled with beer with a straw goin right up under the bucket.

  7. What is the position regarding the BFG? Some movie troopers don't have them.

The legion only lists it as 'one other of the following' and not a requirement. Can we join the MEPD without one? There was some discussion but I don't remember where...

Well now, there's the legions standards and then theres our beloved MEPD's standards... it's kinda like office space....if ya wanna wear 15 pieces of flair then that's ok..you can be a sandy in the legion LOL!! but if ya wanna wear more..well that's encouraged j/k seriously though, get yourself a big gun and feel the authority that comes with it. Nobody *ucks with the big gun dude.

  8. I assume that's the armor you're wearing in the pic? if so God **** that armor is sexy! at 5+ years of heavy troopin, my set of FX has about had it, and sits on the mannequin most of the time, it's definitely time for new and upgraded!
