    1. Hi everyone,

My sandtrooper project goes so slowly, but now I made one step further. I made my own E-11 blaster.

Blaster is made by me as scratchbuild. I modified Hasbro grip with electronics because I want it working (flash, sound -

My son (11) has TIE pilot costume so it make his trooping more attractive :) )

I used also PVC tubes, lasercutted and engraved parts (I made them in Coreldraw and sent it to cutter), aluminium parts, etc.

This blaster not working without magazine :). Magazine is attached by magnets.

2 weeks of hard work and:

In near future I want also make counter and attach it.

  4. OK. No problemo :). Boba Fett or mando customisable ? (with dent or without ?).

If you want mando I have some options :D :

    - standard - ear panels like BF

    - mirror of standard - ear panels made right<->left (I made mirror items to orginals)

    - "BF right" ear panels (with mechanism for arm) on both sides

    - "BF left" (without RF) ear panels on both sides

  5. OK. I'm back. Now I'm making run of mando and BF helmets for my friends from Germany. Then I want to make run of radios. Sorry Bros for delay. They will be ready at the end of October. Give me PM who wants (still) to have one :).

  6. Oya Vod ! (It means "Hi Brother !" in Mandoa language :D ) If You want BF or standard Mando helmet, Mando pilot helmet, jetpack, just info me on pejot-studio@pejot-studio.pl . I have some interesting things for You (helmets, jetpack, radio for sands :) ). I made them from scratch but quality is ...... just look at "Pejot-Studio T-rex helmet series" on Facebook. Some other info You can find here http://mercs.firespray.net/forum/index.php?topic=56882.0 and here http://mercs.firespray.net/forum/index.php?topic=62868.0 and here http://mercs.firespray.net/forum/index.php?topic=37114.0 Regards, Piotr

  8. Hi, I'm Peter from Poland. I'm new in this forum.

In near future I want to build my own sand armor. For me and my son (10).

Recently I've made Boba Fett for my son. (He'll wear it at CEII Essen)

    http://www.thedented...-old-boy-37198/

    Now I'm preparing :

    - my own design of mandalorian pilot (also for Essen :D)

    http://mercs.firespr...p?topic=37114.0

    - Boba Fett Z-6 jetpack

    http://mercs.firespr...p?topic=62868.0

    - customizable mando helmet

    http://mercs.firespr...p?topic=62868.0

    It's enough ? No !! :D

Last month I worked on radio for sandtrooper backpack. I've almost finished it.

The first user of my radio will be my friend - Sternik (http://forum.mepd.net/index.php?showuser=5500).

Thank You very much, Sternik :D.

Of course I made it from scratch. In my opinion drawings which are available in web have a lot of errors, so in the first step I made drawings (in CorelDraw) of backpack after analyzing of reference images. This is "Move along" version.

After this I cut all parts of radio front panel on laser cutter

The front panel of radio after gluing and sanding. Parts are cut by laser cutter and layers were bonded to achieve the desired thickness of the elements.

Much better radio front panel looks after painting with primer - ready to take the mold !!
