Just signed up for GLASTONBLABY at Leicester on July 6 for my INDUCTION. Do I have to wait for a TD ID before I apply for PO?

hi mate This is how it gets you! good luck for all your future efforts. I am waiting for my armour to be cleared by UKG. There were a few minor hitches but the troopers on here are amazingly knowledgeable and helpful. you might want to try looking at ANH and studying the sandtroopers on set. look at loads of pictures and build up a reference library. Read read read but most of all enjoy. I cannot offer advice on building as I am lucky that I got hold of kit from a retiring officer but the minefield that is clearance I can help with in the future - only because I am going through the UKG process at the moment. You might want to start a build thread on UKG on the armourer section which is what you need to do anyway. Good luck bro! Lee

Everything seems to be ok regarding submission for clearance...thanks for all your help. Just standing by for my ID and clearance from UKG. Hoping to be over here for MEPD P.O clearance sometime in the near future - annual leave booked and confirmed for the induction troop at Glastonblaby in Leicester on 6 July! Hope to see my fellow sandies at that one!

Now I am confused. ukg probably quite rightly point out that the crl says 8 teeth to be cut out on the frown. Nicks helmet only has 6. Am I missing a trick here as I thought Nick was swat? Unless things have changed?

Hello In advance of UKG clearance and TD ID etc, I am preparing my pics on photobucket as a way of 'hosting' my pictures. Is it ok to link to this photobucket library when ready to request deployment etc?..or do you need pics on the posting itself. There's 52 pictures, `i know probably far too many but I am keen to document everything properly, for my reference and for the 'boss'. As you know it was Nick's build, but now I have worn it, adjusted it and painstakingly photo-documented everything it kind of seems my own.... the pics are on there by the way, so here is hoping it all looks good!
