Making progress.. pics later today. Also more trimming :C lol oh yeah and padding in certain areas. I have a question though is it ok if I have the kidney plate and the ab plate overlap just a little? I can't trim anymore on the kidney and buttplate without reshaping it. Will this big no for police deployment?

It's getting there every trim is helping it fit like a glove lol. Slowly trimming .. I can walk and bend my knees.

Cut at the bottom thighs and upper shin.. So I can actually walk.

http://www.flickr.com/photos/98453770@N06/ ok so I went to a armor party with garrison tyranus. And got tips and stuff. Well i tried on the armor there and they told me what needed to be trimmed and all the good stuff. I trimmed the thighs and shins as showed on the pics. I hope I didnt mess them up.. They told me im doing a good job with the trimming. Just got to file the edges and make them stright. Also cut the kidney and butt plate to the most that i could. without re sizing and cutting again, Ussed a compass but in the end the kidney plate was a tad bigger then the butt,. So they said it was ok if it overlapped a little. I need to get more velcro.

Captain Alley Check Sandtrooper Progress. (501st) 1: TD armor is complete just need help with trimming. 2. Ordered a helmet from SID (Poland) will be here in the next month. 3. Neckseal 4. Boots 5. Pauldron 6. Field BackPack 7. MP40 pouch and Small Spanish pouch 8. Gloves Missing canvas belt, E-11, headset/speaker, and some other stuff. Hopefully be done with my sandy in the next month or so.
