Everything is butt joint EXCEPT my shins too! Hopefully it doesn't keep me from getting deployed but yeah, something I need to fix either way.

I picked up my daughter from kindergarten that day and just grabbed her and Lost it. She wanted to know why I was crying. I just told her some people that we don't know had something really sad happen to them and I was hurt for them. I don't want her to be scared to go to school. We haven't told her what happened. I just can't even begin to imagine the pain these families are going though. I can't even begin to try to comprehend it. Those sweet babies.

I just submitted my pics for 501st approval so I'll post those here later. So excited! The fit...it definitely posed a challenge. I'm 5'7 and curvy. The butt plate and chest plate stuck out much further than they should so there was a lot of maneuvering to get those as flat as possible. Everything else went together beautifully.

My husband and I troop together and have a dodge neon with two car seats in the back so ours have to be on the smaller side. I can fit everything including bucket and E-11 in this if I put it all a certain way. It's main drawback is no wheels but I don't have a problem lugging it around.
