I would definatly use a little heat. Mine was bent and it snapped at one of the bends, and only after the 3rd or 4th time wearing it. Go slow.

Well after working on my pack for a couple of months on and off it's stating to take shape.
I still need to add the straps, bee stinger and the tube on the left side. I will probably dirty it up a little.
Thanks to Mike and Seth for the research and fab of the main parts and thanks to everyone else who has already finished their packs so that I could snag ideas.

Looks Good, I did something similar to this, but I made the length of the front flap shorter to be the same size as the Stolla Wein flap. I think that yours turned out better, well done.

I'm giving my old set of origional ArmorFX to my friend but his thighs are too big for the armor. I understand that newer generation FX thigh armor is larger, is this true?
