If you just click on your profile at the top of the page, you should be able to edit & save a sig. As for the emoticon, when posting just click on "View More Emoticons" under the normal smilies to see the full list.

If you have the frown holes cutout you can kinda see through those, otherwise no looking down.

If you use imageshack.us, you won't actually attach the photo to the message. Instead, after you upload the picture to imageshack it will give you a bunch of hyperlinks. Choose the "Thumbnail for forums (1)" & simply paste that into your message.
