Just trying to upload one pic, its saying that the file too big and have no clue how to resolve. So this is the best I can do. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
  2. I'm starting up my backpack kit build finally after 9 months. Everything is accounted for but with the exception of the box for the exhaust port. With that, does anyone have any recommendations of what to use? Or even measurements would be helpful too. Thanks!
  3. sweet! thanks for the input everyone!
  4. Just bout ready to do some weathering. Going to use some acrylic paint. After its all said, done, and weathered, is it wise to maybe use a layer of clear coat spray-paint to seal everything up? Just don't want the weathering paint to run if exposed to moisture or a rain shower if I am trooping somewhere. Or will this method do more harm than good? Thanks!
  5. There is this thing on top of the forum page called "search". I should of used that before posting. but anyway, all info is good to know. I guess i just looked at the price instead of researching it through. Just trying to cut corners in price while going thorugh a divorce. Thanks for the info.
  6. Just found this site this morning regarding ABS blasters. Anybody fimiliar with these products. They look decent and the prices are decent as well. Just would like some first hand info. http://www.cushmanpaintball.com/replicaspage.html
  7. This is actually a 2 fold question. I plan on doing a home made ab plate conversion for my FX armor. I think that I have the idea but I just want to be sure. I tried searching for tutorials on the search portion but could not pinpoint and exact threat that I was looking for. Second, I plan on doing the same for the button strip on the left side. Usin the 3 buttons, are they larger or any size that I should be concerned about?
  8. Hey Juan, Just reviewing and reserching some posts and I forgot to answer your last question. Yes, I currently have a set of FX armor. I upgraded my TK to ATA armor and received centurian status in the FISD. So with that said, I already had a spare set of armor (my old TK). In thinking, Why not do a TD? I plan on doing some upgrades and mods to make it as screen accurate as possible. This is going to be an extremly fun project and I'm excited to do it! I modified my ATA TK for my girth and size, so I think that doing the same with the FX armor should not be a huge problem. I think you can tell that I'm pretty excited about this.
  9. Make that 2, could I possibly be private messaged a quote for both an ab plate cover and a 3 button strip?
  10. Awsome. Yes, the bucket is a given. When I went for Centurian on the FISD, I totally axed my FX armor all together and got ATA. Now that I achieved that, I have a spare set of armor, which I am goig for TD with an ATA or T/MC bucket. Thank you, Juan!
  11. Did a quick search and didn't really come across anything. But, I have a quick but stupid qustion. I currently own an old FX kit. I definitly know that FX buckets are not up to snuff, but is the armor? And, can i possibly use it to shoot for police officer or SWAT?
  12. Hello, My name is Todd Lechniak, TK-7032. I live in South Williamsport, PA. and a member of Garrison Carida. I am currently designated a TK, TB, TR, and TS. I recently obtained Infantryman status in the FISD and shortly applying for Centurian status. I hope to convert my old FX TX armor into a Sandy. I plan on purchacing an ATA bucket and try to work my way up to hopefully SWAT staus. I am excited about this venture and hope to become as movie accurate as possible.
