I have a "blue hue" AP suit (I think). I didn't notice until a thread appeared about the AP suits having blue, pink etc hues. Once it's weathered you can't really tell though IMO. Good luck with your build!
Someone on MEPD has their shoulder pouch mounted with a set of snaps (one on the back of the pouch and the other glued on the top corner of their chest armor). Maybe that trooper will see this thread and provide some pics

You can make a loop of black elastic to sling over one shoulder (diagonally) and attach a pouch to it with heavy duty velcro or snaps to wear a pouch without a pack too. But...no pack, no pouch if you want to be movie accurate!
I own an AP. I'm 5' 11' and 190 lbs. I'm probably very close to the max on this one . I didn't have to shim anything though. The only place I noticed a sizing issue is the width of my shoulders. The shoulder bells seem a little tight and a bit of black shows through between my shoulder bells and the chest/back armor. No worries though because my pauldron and pouch cover those areas fairly well. If I were to be a TK, it wouldn't look too good IMO.
Seth, your killing me! I'm very sad to see you leaving. I finally achieved 501st and MEPD status and you decide to depart. ****! I want to at least troop once with you before you depart bro. LMK if you have time to do one last troop and I'll be sure to make it.
(Done crying )...congrats on the Tron helmet!
My sitharmor replica stollaweins are at work in a storage tub. I can get a measurement to you Friday if that is the type of pouch you are considering. Someone may be able to help you by then....
