  1. I agree with Mike, Paint works the best, also stiffens it nicely.Larry and I set ours up the same way as Mike

I modified my post war leather one to add the mag loader pouch and it holds my speaker perfectly. When I paint up my canvas one I will be putting that one up for sale.

Yeah listen to Rob save you it can ...... I think he used a latex based paint , thats what i did with my canvas pouches and you only need one coat.

  2. That was pretty funny! Notice that Tatooine was spelled incorrectly on that poster? Ha! I knew that couldn't have been Seth, as he is too smart to have made a mistake like that.

the store manager spelled it wrong and, i was not going to argue with him
  3. Mine come from my girls name Cara = 2272 after all she is my biggest supporter.

ek! That's almost like getting a tattoo! But, yeah, Tracy still supports my whole Star Wars habit, so I guess she's a keeper.

My 501st ID number is silly and dumb. I tried to pick something important, with relevance and merit, but they were all taken. After going through some five or six different numbers, I started to just throw numbers out... like throwing darts with whatever numbers came into my mind. In the end, 1536 was a partial password to a Filemaker database I used at work! I actually never realized it until a few weeks later.

    Yeah she's a keeper!

  4. OK I just read every post in this thead man does my head hurt . Here in the OLG we have 7 sandies that would make up for a great patrol, squad, unit. whatever ...but the idea would be cool. What do you say XO ? How does the ..... 7th Patrol of The Chesapeake or 7th Patrol of The B&O. The only reason I put the 7th is that was the order that Maryland ratify the Constitution

  5. You could do this I got this bracket from areson smith the tropper that makes the ab plate armor great guy.

so how is that all attached? having it forward like that makes sense. then there's less chance of the thigh whacking it.

the bracket is mounted to the shin with pop rivets then i used 2 part apoxy to mount the sniper plate to the bracket.
