Backpack Straps?

Putting padding in shirt is a good idea, Dirty Boy. I might look into that.
The 1" nylon straps are killing my shoulders, so I gotta do something.
Does anyone have comfortable straps that they could share photos of? I wasn't able to find many pics on here.
