Hello guys!
I'm new, and not even in mepd YET, but couldn't you use brass waterline- say 3/4 inch to make the frame? You could then solder-sweat the lines together, and that pipe would bend easy with a lil' heat from a propane torch. I looked at all this stuff at Lowe's last night. Any thoughts??

Mike-everyone has already said it. I followed almost all of your links just to get my TK going. I am getting my second set to go TD and I'm sure I'll be browsing it again!
Thank you very much!!

Wow guys! Thanks alot! I have been posting everywhere and no one has helped me. Thanx again. I would like to have one armor for TD and one clean. I really like them both, and it would be hard to decide one or the other. Thanx again guys!!!

Hello all!
I'm already a TK, but I am going to go TD. Can anyone pm me on a FX contact? The one I am talking to is about $60 cheaper than what I can find on Ebay. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanx in advance!

Hey guys,
Just a lil' sumpn' sumpn'.
I don't know if anybody else has tried it yet, but instead of opting for a boyscout pack frame, I went to a local farm supply here in Indiana (Rural King) and bought a piece of about 4' aluminum pipe, and took a bernzomatic to it.( propane torch) I heated each bend, then after I got what I wanted it, cooled it with water, then moved on. I am also opting on not using bolts, as wherever you put your washer it will cause stress, and use really long plastic wire ties. I know there will be stress there too, but at least it will be plastic on plastic. There are only a few things like the exhaust port, that I'm going to bolt. I think I'm going to do this with the mortar tube too. Any feedback as maybe why not too?
Thanks guys!
