This is great Ive just got my sons armour and the hardest part was checking it all out and then having to put it back and xmas wrap it and send it off to santa, cant wait to begin work on this for my son. id like to ask if i may the measurements for the frame of the back pack your son looks very similar in size to mine . and as i live in the UK getting those accurate pack pack parts is impossible do you have a source for those parts please id be very greatful if you could let me know

thats great i just wanted to make sure i wasnt funding a recaster and the helmet was a good replica

yeah i checked there too and couldnt find any reference at all. The seller is from the RPF so that pretty much quarantees its going to be ok the seller did say that the BFA helmet was made by Someone called CAP, cast from and with the permission of TE.

Ive just ordered a helmet Kit im told its a BFA helmet. which ive nebver heard of so any info on this would be great my plan is to try and replicate the "Move Along Trooper "

Firstly a couple of apologies in an advance firstly sorry if this thread is not appropriate and in the wrong place and secondly soory for the use of the pictures that were sent to me via the RPF, PLEASE remove if needed.. Before i embark on my TD project id always promised my son that when he was of age id buy him a proper set of ABS Trooper armour, he is 9 now and his armour has been shipped of to lap land ready for delivery by santa, my son is going to be stoked when he opens the box. Im really looking forward to building this with him and seeing the armour come to life. The Kit is just basic TK that has to be trimmed to fit my sons hieght however i plan to trim and fix it in such a way as to make sure he gets plenty of wear out of it so as he grows i can keep altering the armour to fit. As mentioned its basic TK so i need to get etxra bits for him Pauldron (orange) and the pieces for the back pack. Coming from the UK im sure your aware its hard enough getting correct TD pieces for adult armour let alone Kids armour so getting the right peices for the back pack is going to be very hard this is why i am here for your help and guidence. This picture was sent to me via the RPF and i do believe its a member here so any helpful hints and tips on the back pack, Pauldron, Diamond Knee plate and perhaps even the belly plate change would be great. will remove upon request

Hi Everyone i was directed here via the RPF, its great to be here and i look forward to sharing posts with you all, i come from the UK and been a life long SW fan(why else would i be here ) Love all things Trooper Related especially the Sand Troopers. When the new year comes im going to be putting together a TD outfit but only for display purposes, however my son is a different matter but il start a new thread regarding that. any way its great to be here
