Ok, So just an update I have my nomex gloves that came in Thanks to all who lended their feedback. I have semi-modded my EFX lid with blue stripes, cut out the grill, painted the teeth grey. I am waiting on darker green lenses and will soon be refoaming the inside. My next issue is the Boots where to find them. TKboots or Caboots none seem to have any in stock in my size--which is unfortunately Mens most common size of 9.5-10. I use to be a shoe salesman back in the Albuquerque/Tattoine region. Any suggestions, or just be patient. Soon, I will be ready to cover this naked trooper.

Oh and here is an in depth hardcore fan question where could I find a real Hengstler counter. I mean what were they attached too. I am going home in a few weeks and could possibly find one if I only knew where to start. I have looked everywhere online trying to find where a person could just happen across one of these industrial counters? I know to just keep looking on Ebay but where could I just go to maybe find one, obviously not to pay boo koo $$$?

Hey thanks, Just a small gliche in the system. Also, I am saving for the AP kit but need to know some specifics like what kind of mods need to be done to the kit to make it pretty accurate. It seems I worked on my EFX helmet for a whole evening only to get on and read that all the mods I did were not nearly acceptable. I did get blue tube stripes on though. But is there a good link to the exact things needed to do for an EFX helmet and an AP kit. I have seen Noels version of the MR CE helmet and I did not realize I needed to do so much to get that helmet up to code. Also, I have seen a thread on the abdomen of a TK to TD mod and cannot find it. Can you guys help with these questions, I def feel a little overwhelmed with what someone has done vs another, and how to get a decent TD in the works. Sorry, one more is there a particular orange that is preferred, or is most oranges considered canon for the pauldron I have a great template and an actual one in hand. I was trying to build one myself. Hi Guys, Still kinda new to it all but learning alot. I need to save some credits before I can get some AP armour so I thought I would work somewhat around it gathering other parts and pieces to those they call sandtroopers. I am trying to make a pauldron using a black one from a 501st mbr. I may try to make a few orange ones if I can find the right vinyl. Also I am trying to find some good MP40 pouches- have a gun show in my area this weekend . However, I need some extra guidance, Boots, seems like they are quite abundant any good sources or styles to recommend. I mean to actually find the exact style worn in the film seems difficult. Also, looking at neck seals and the black undersuit. Recommendations, I hear that black under armour works well. Anything would help this aspiring Sandy

Hi I am Erik and I am new to the whole business. I was told by my home "Garrison Tyrannus" that if I want to be a Sandtrooper I should be a part of MEPD so here I am. What does a newbie like me need to do to start the process as in armor procurement since I do not have the means to form the armor. I really want to get started but do not know how to start. I want to do as much of this myself but not sure what to start with, who to contact, etc.
