on the cameron oakley helmets rotj year 2000 is the ear pieces seperate or are they all one piece this helmet has a metal tag on the inside that says kit rotj trooper helmet fiberglass#7 2000 troopermaker c oakley.i'll try to get pics up later. [b][/b]

how can you tell if a pair of boots is mark cheng.i don't see any markings other than the inside foot padding has quicksilver written on it.

my thigh pieces are oval instead of round i was thinking on using a heat gun to re shape them has anyone done this?or any ideas on how to do this.i have fx armor.

i'm got a GF helmet i'm still trying to get it to come down more the pauldron and the shoulder seem to push it up and i can't see out of it. so i try to angle it down and i can see through the mouth any suggestions?

I used the fuller earth tutorial and alot of wipe on wipe off.

I USED A BELT SYSTEM IT GOES AROUND THE WAIST AND THE THIGH PIECES SNAP TO THE BELT IT WORKS GOOD AND TAKES SOME OF THE LOAD OF YOUR SHOULDERS.

O.K. I think i figured it out the strap on the crotch area to tight it made the top shot outwards and i added a strap from the chest piece to the ab to bring it down some.it works now i need to do the helmet.first rough pics of armor i still need to tweak it a little in the thigh area but i'll take any criticsm on it so far,i'm still waiting on the neck seal and boots

i've got the armor put together using the snaps instead of velcro.i've used shims on the forearms the calf and thigh pieces.i think i've done everything right but when i put the armor on the chest piece rises above the stomach and back parts.it seems if i push together the stomach and back it dosen't happen that bad or maybe i'm just not putting the stomach and butt on right... any ideas?

that would be great.maybe a few pics of the completed chest pieces i'm not sure if i got it on right when the back piece hangs over the butt piece it wants to go underunderneath instead of over it.

i used the fuller earth colors and weathered the chest and forarms is there a way of sealiong that look or do i just reapply when needed.

should i try installing the liner again the clips are right above the top lid lines should they be lower.when i put the helmet on the front is right up to my face.my nose almost touhes the front theres alot of space behind my head is that normal.
