They are hard to find.  But, you can find them by searching Ebay and make sure you search Worldwide.  I have been getting mine from the UK.

Got my Sonic Radio Kit from Ian Havenhand (Sandie Comms) last night.  He managed to crank out 3 of these radio kits in a couple of days and have them sent to me in the US in less than a week.  Amazing.

Below are some pictures of my build today.  Worked on both the Radio and Pack Frame.

 

Started on the base of the radio first.



 

Glued the sides to the base:

Prepared all of the pieces:



 

Glued bottom pieces on:



 

All pieces glued on:
