Awesome! Topic has been pinned! If you'd rather, I can host the image, as I never delete anything, just let me know.

Awesome looking Mando helmet, Krzysztof! I've always loved custom Mandos! It's a shame the legion no longer accepts them for deployment...
-
Wow Rolf! You've really stepped into the realm of prop forgery with that helmet!
-
Awesome work on your T-21! What did you use for the wire that is in between the drain pipe and the sling?
-
Congratulations Tim! You are now Officially Deployed as an Officer in the Mos Eisley Police Department! Great job on your kit!
-
As always, I truly admire your work, WoodChuck! That table is so pretty, I'd almost be afraid to use it!
-
You guys have gotten so in-depth with the packs, you've left me in the dust... :o
-
Very cool work Rob!

That is perfect! It's the exact same one that I got from a friend who is no longer on the forums. I just never knew what to tell people what kind of washer to look for. We should make this a sticky!

Sorry for being late to the party... It sounds like you've got the proper mods underway. Once you get those BFG mods done, post up some pictures and I'll get you deployed.

That might have been the best April fools joke I've seen yet here! Kudos to you Noel!

As always, this does not affect current members or their status at all. The opinion overwhelming of people polled is to grandfather indefinitely current members, and this is also born out by a post regarding policy of the Legion CoG three years ago.
Are you saying that FISD EIBs with an FX are to be grandfathered in, or are you saying that any base TK with an FX is grandfathered in indefinitely?
It was my understanding the all EIBs with an FX lost their EIB status.

Welcome Jason!

Those of you who are iPhone users, what App do you use/recommend to Twitter?

Not sure if it is a SW quote or not, but I tried to google it to find out, and you simply have to check out the following link and video, (especially the video): http://lalawag.com/2009/08/27/follow-me-if-you-want-to-live/.

Very cool.
Thanks for posting these man... they're all being downloaded into my "reference" folder on my computer.
Ditto! Someone in the toy industry finally realized that we (read: the MEPD) are the best reference for all things Sandtrooper!

That is one awesome pack! While it isn't screen accurate to either the OT or the SE, and doesn't qualify for MEPD status, it is seriously badass! You've got great craftsmanship and a wonderful eye for detail. I'd love to see your TD kit, as I'll bet it's top notch!

I've been fighting the urge to join Twitter rather successfully, as I already waste all my free time, but alas, Twitter has won out... I'm following.
-
LOL, yep. That is absolutely what I meant...

That is just awesome! I love Brian Rood's work. I had no idea about the tkproject. I'm going to have to keep my eye on 501sttkproject.blogspot.com to see what else pops up!

Yet another bad Ackbar joke that works well too:

Those binocs look so much better that the Simrads! I'm going to have to find me one!

Coming late to this party, I feel like everything has been said... I love the sandies for their big guns, especially the MG-34, and all the dirt! I'm a potter, so dirt is just a must for me! Film wise, they just look badass, especially when they are walking down the street to the docking bay. They just look like they own the place and they know it.
My costume list would have to be:
TD
ESB Fett
ESB TK
ANH TK
CC Bacara
USCM <-- I know it isn't Star Wars, but why the **** not!?
Mal from Firefly
I've got a long list, and quite a ways to go, but I'm still young right?

Those shirts look great Eddie! The only thing that I think it has to have added is some text somewhere that mentions that the MEPD is a Detachment of the 501st Legion. Chuck will have to correct me if I'm wrong, but I think that it is required with all legion merch. Any shirt also needs to be cleared through him.

I'm kinda liking the bright blue though...
