Even though I don't need it for deployment, Is the french pouch the little one on the left hip? I have that one you can see it in the picture of the Pac, it is a small one attached with rivets!!! I will take a better shot of it in a few!!!!!!!

  5. Thanks again guys, I just want everything to be correct before I submit, I'm a propmaster on a TV show and like to get it right, from the get go, I've got the family visiting my mom and will be back at the end of the week and have a few small detail items that will be waiting for me like Correct strap for my Lewis etc. All my AP is ready including removing ribbed shoulder straps and canvas installed, I should be completely ready by Sunday!!!!! Can't wait, I love my mom but nobody understands about how excited I get about getting the right strap for a BFG and putting it on, pretty funny but I love this stuff, so fun!!!!!!

    Take care all,

    AL

  6. Hi all,

Is this the pouch on the shoulder of the "Move along TD" Minus the little accessory pouch off course. I bought a repo pouch that looks pretty good and it has the extra little pouch so it will work perfect but is this one the real deal???!!!! And if it is the one, that is a lot of cash for that pouch!!!!!

    Saludos.

    Thanks Juan,

I tried him, he is to busy to do a kids helmet, if someone did they could make some cash, there are a lot of people who want a good kids TD or TK helmet!!

Didn't mean to steer the thread in a different way, sorry . But thanks for the TM try.

  10. Hey there Brothers,

Do we have a area where there are TD Reference photos, can't seem to find it. HELP!!!!!!

    THANKS SO MUCH,

    AL

PS: New Armor Sandy almost done, Pics to come hopefully by Friday!!!!!!!!!

  11. Welcome man!

To answer your question about the shoulders, no... you'll have to remove the ribbed straps and have only canvas / elastic.

Very excited to have you here! As soon as you're ready post pictures of your suit and we'll offer any more tips and advice if you need it. Also we are totally here to answer any other questions! And finally, if you want me to change your name let me know... I know sometimes it gives those crazy code names before you realize what's happened. B)

    Noel,

    That would be great,

If you can change it to Blastmaster would be awesome!!!

    Thanks so much,

    AL

  12. Hi All MEPD Members!!

I just joined up over here, I am Part of White armor and Special Ops. R2 builders group, and I'm putting the finishing touches on my TD armor as we speak, Looking in to all requirements to be MEPD deployed. I am almost there but had a quick question, as far as shoulder straps are concerned, If the ribbed straps are already installed can I cover them with canvas, will that be acceptable for deployment, understanding that the pauldron, and mag holder cover most of the strap, will the canvas work or do I need to remove the straps totally, and replace with a canvas? Very excited to be a part of the MEPD, Dirty is so cool, I get to skip wrapping my armor to protect it!!!!!

    All my best,

AL Blastmaster TK7752 SO. Cal. Garrison
