  1. My brothers. I have a couple other costumes that I wear often. I had not worn my Sandtrooper armor in over a year. The armor looks too good to just sit around the house. So today I sold it to a fellow Ohio Garrison member. I know the person who bought it will wear it with pride. I took great pride in being MEPD deployed, so it is with a heavy heart I turn in my badge.

As I walk off into the Tatooine sunsets, I salute you my MEPD brothers. Keep the Peace.

  2. No not her, ya freaks.........

I almost said it too! I didnt see any ewoks in the pic so I thought you meant her!

    See ya there!

    Later

Yo Hippie! Met ya at the Mixer, couldn't remember what forum you were on. Good to meet ya.

  3. I'll be there but I'll be wearing my scout armor. I only have enough room in the vehicle to bring one costume and the scout takes up less room. I would love to meet up with you guys though.

  4. The COSI event in Ohio revealed a big problem for me. I am rather thin, 155 pounds, so I am boney. I need a way to put some padding on the shoulder straps for my backpack. The pack doesn't weigh that much, but those straps were killin me. I trooped for about an hour with the pack on and had to take it off, it felt like a knife was going through my right shoulder. So my question is, how do you guys pad the straps? Any suggstions would be appreciated.

  5. Wow. What a weekend. If anyone has the time to come see the SW exhibit at COSI in Columbus Ohio, it is simply, awesome. The props include studio models of the Falcon, Tantive IV, Y-wing, Star Destroyer, Drodieka to mention a few,and many screen used suits.

Chris and I represented the MEPD well. (Chris especially) Chis has a pic of the two of us, hopefully it came out ok.

Chris, thanks a million for coming over and trooping with us. You are welcome here anytime. (Any suggestions on a name for my drink? )

Saturday night was one that nobody who was there will forget. We had a party for all 501st and RL who attended. Guest of honor was none other than Jeremy Bulloch. We had him out dancing with us, he is one great guy, if you ever get the chance to meet him, do so.
