  1. i have noticed in some pictures it looks like the weathering was applied while the armor was being worn.if you look at the picture of the move along trooper from the side it looks like there is no weathering behind his belt.i remember another picture that looked like no weathering under the chest armor.any thoughts.

  2. Hey Mike,

I'm pretty sure that the shoulder bells were connected to each other and the strap went behind your neck.If you use webbing rather than elastic the bells will stay where they should be.Use elastic for the straps around the biceps though.I use this method and it works a treat!

    - hey paul,i often wonderd if the sandtroopers even had the tops of the bells straped?most sandtrooper shots show the right bell far down the arm,i guess from the pauldron pushing it down.also seen at least one shot(sandtrooper puzzle)the left bell is hanging.any thoughts.

  3. Ok folks.. well as much as I HATE to tell you all this, I have no choice really. I am leaving WA state for good on 31st of January or SOONER. Wife and I decided it is better to have me leave as soon as possible so I can let her finish the house and I can get on with my life in Oregon a ton sooner.

I have a list of the people wanting kits. Here is the bad news: It MUST be paid in full by January 5th 2006 or I cannot make you one.

I am sorry to say this, but I cannot take the molds with me or work once the 31st of January hits. I have no where to store them and I wont even have a job. So, please let me know asap and thanks for understanding.

Also here are some things for sale I need to let go as well.

2- TIE pilot helmet and armor kits (no chest boxes)

1- set of stormtrooper molds for forming (yes, THE TE MOLDS)

1- extra set of stormtrooper helmet molds for making helmets

    AND

1- TE2 helmet master- This is the biggie. FOR SALE and signing over ALL making rights. I dont want to make these nor will I have the place to do them. (not cheap, but one **** of an investment opp.)

    Please email me at: trooperexpert421@yahoo.com

DO NOT PM me. My inbox is too full already..

    Thanks..

    TE

    hi,just sent you a email.thanks,dave
  4. You can go either way, depends on the fit you want. If you leave the edge then you shoul should leaving it on all the parts. On mine i cut it out on all the parts (except the hand guards) because I needed the room.

Thanks, that's pretty much the answer I was looking for. I might leave a slight curve on the edges, but nothing that would actually curve inward and dig into the bodysuit.

I just wanted to see if I would get any "DON'T TRIM THAT EDGE OR IT WON'T BE CANON!!" responses. Thank you for not providing me with one.

hi,i left a edge on my gino armor especially on the bottom, gives it a thick look to the armor.i think real aromor is like that .i definitly would not trim it to the line you marked on the bottom.
