  1. My sterling had a piece of thin aluminum. They held in place by filling the void in the gun with putty behind the aluminum plate.I removed the putty because it prevented the mag from going in all the way.I will make another plate like the one that was there but will have to come up with another way of holding it in.
  2. My sterling came with a cut mag & a uncut mag.My cut mag was cut flush and the end cap was spot welded on.It looks like it was filled with some kind of resin?and the inside rollers are stuck in the resin.
  3. Hey Ward, nice to see your E-11 comeing together.I recieved my T-track in the mail today and they look great.Did you ever order any?
  4. Just be very careful. It's all to easy to use to much heat and melt the plastic.
  5. Anyone have a good screne cap of the cylinders on a e-11.
  6. Hey Mike, could you post some pictures of you in your armor so we can see how Pauls parts match with TE armor.I was thinking of ordering Pauls parts but was not sure how they would match/look with TE armor.
  7. The first time I seen the pictures of the MR prototype I thought the cap looked like a GF hero.
  8. Hey Ward, thanks for posting the link. Some interesting stuff about sterlings.
  9. Hey Seth, didn't know there was a look alike pack. Was it in any other scenes.
  10. While looking in the gallery in the "doors" section I noticed the trooper on the right(the one that checks the door)seems to be waering the move along pack.It looks to me like the pack has the blue main box on top and the black on bottom.Any one else see this?
  11. I remember seeing a picture of luke in stormtrooper amor with his blaster in his holster.i believe it was in the control room on the death star.
  12. Hey Keith, the left rear trap looks like it has damage on the top of my TE2 helmet?Do you know if that's mold damage?I never seen it on early TE helmet pictures I have seen.
  13. don't know if they all had the bracket. If you look at the pictures of the move along trooper by the speeder side view you can see his is unpainted metal. The white dial pack looks like it's braket is painted black.
  14. Yes that looks pretty good.I second what's it made from.
  15. I just think it was made of relatively thin plastic and got squashed up against the bottom rail of the pack in that pic. I see what you mean but if you look at the black cap(the part that the stinger comes out of)it dosen't look round.seen other shot that makes me think it's not round.Who knows?
  16. Looking at the second picture Rocko posted in this thread(white dial pack)it looks like the bee stinger is almost oval or like a squashed circle. What do you guys think.
  17. only two GINO suits were ever made publicly available! TE2 or TM for me! I know of a least four Gino suits.I own one,Brak's old suit,a move along suit, and a kit he sold on ebay not to long ago.Maybe Gino can let us know how many are out there?
  18. When I first noticed the braket the first thing that came to mind was some kind of lighting braket.maybe were on to something?
  19. I mentioned in another thread about the u shaped braket that attaches the bee stinger to the pack.It looks like it attaches to the sides of the stinger and maybe to the bottom of the main box?
  20. I was looking at the high res picture of the white dial pack and it looks to me like the foot of the frame sticks out pretty far and tapers in on a angle. Also I mention before in that picture you can clearly see how the bee stinger is attached with a braket on the sides of the bee stinger.Anyone else see what I'm talking about.
  21. I was looking at the first picture of the hi-rez pictures Clutch posted and noticed how far the rectangle blocks on the back of the trooper faceing vader stuck out.Didn't think they stuck out that far.On my Gino and TE armor they only sticks out a little.
  22. Looking at the hi-rez pictures clutch posted#32,33, it looks to me that the pouches are dark green and not black.look at picture #33 and you can see sun light on the pouch just under move alongs chin, looks green to me?what do you guys think.
  23. If you look at the photo of the filter pack you posted you can see the bee stinger is attached by a braket on the sides of the bee stinger.
  24. Thanks Rocko,I also found some good shots on Mikes site.I'm haveing trouble seeing how far the foot of the frame on the airfilter pack sticks out.In most of the shots it seems to stick out pretty far.Any one else see what I was saying about the way the beestinger is attached, naver seen any one do it on there packs.
