Thanks for the trip down memory lane Paul. Boy, I have to say the FX lid is like the armor equivalent of seeing a mullet-do in your high school yearbook: looked cool at the time before one knew better.
Always great to see Guns anytime.
-
Hands down, one of the best weathered packs I seen.
-
So the pauldrons were actually painted?
-
Keys, wallet, cell all go in my hip pouch. Even when the rest of our stuff is in a secured area, you never know.

I liked Rolf's original color graphic design myself. Perhaps placing it on the back this time would be just as cool. However the black and white version also looks rad.
Iron Maiden and Eddy rules! Doesn't OLG have something similar?

On its 6.

Excellent pack work! Always enjoy seeing these.

Now that's one of the most creative things I've seen here in awhile. Great concept!

I share similar sentiments for what my fellow sandies have posted. As I've mentioned elsewhere before however, I love the smell of jawa in the morning - it smells like victory; and the nice warm glow only carbonized moisture farmers can provide. You won't find that on any sterile orbital battle station, not to mention grilled bantha patties.

Congrats!

Received a couple days ago. Much obliged!

Nice shine!

I believe Rolf did the artwork for that design. There was a run a couple years ago and one of the few shirts I own the missus actually likes - retro is cool. Would love to see a second run.
-
Nice work! Another reminder that my pack is in need of a major overhaul.

Hoping you and everyone else in the islands stay safe and dry Tony. I'm hearing about people getting out of hand at some grocery stores already.
-
You're a true artist - can't wait to see the final results.
-
The plan looks promising and look forward to all the improvements with dirty glee. Fresca up Tony.
-
Simply marvelous!

Congrats Noel - you'll do a fine job I'm sure.
-
Very inspirational and well done! Wish I could build something like that.

PP sent for 2. Thanks
-
Looking great!

Spectacular work my friend.

I'd be interested in 2.
Thanks
Trooping without your fieldpack?
in The Barracks
Posted
I almost always wear mine and feel kind of awkward without it frankly, though it is more comfortable without. Now if the troop was going to be in a narrow area, say a comic store or someplace where the risk of knocking things off shelves was high, then I'd maybe not wear it. Its always a good idea to know your 'turning radius' too so you don't bump into someone or something.
Another instance is if its a long troop, then towards the end I may troop without it to give my back a respite.
