[Where to get trooper helmet?]

I found a helmet at the star wars home page for $60.00..Would that be a good choice for me being new to the trooper scene?If not where do i get one of the fx ones? My head is smaller is there another helmet i should look at?

I know some of you make your own but where do you buy your trooper helmets and what mods do you do to them?what do you use for the black stripping on the base of your helmet?
