About a "inch in size mate. The only problem with this is the level of detail. Maybe if someone gave me a simple design it would be much better for the smaller pin badges but it can be done but i will have to order about 50-100 i think. Im open for any ideas and designs and obviously i will clear with the powers that be before any orders are placed.

Im not meaning to nick anyones thunder here but i can get these badges made up pin size for lapels etc. If someone gets a final design I can get a run off, just let me know..........

If this is going to be a run im in for what ever will be made. option one does look the best but as Troopers have said it would be better to trade the eagle for a dewie or maybe two crossed Dlt19's or something. This design is not a problem in the uk as our peelers dont carry badges but apreceate the problem you have over the pond. What ever the outcome none of us are silly enough to use it for the wrong reasons. if we can carry replica fire arms in cotume then im sure were sensible enough to leave the badge at home on display etc..........briliant post now lets run em....IM IN
